Form
Once you fill out the form, our team will contact you to confirm your request. You will receive an invitation to the b-onic platform as a "Clinician Prescriber", which you must accept. From there, all coordination will take place within the system. The engineer will review your request and ensure that all necessary details are in place.
Process
Once your request is confirmed, our engineering team, will review the provided data. You will receive a meeting invitation to discuss your case in detail. The engineer will schedule an XR or online session, depending on your preferences. The discussion will help finalize specifications before proceeding with the surgical plan.
Delivery
Once the plan is validated, you will receive the finalized files within 72 hours. The package includes the virtual model, printable files, traceability sheet, and conformity certificate. If requested, printed models or surgical guides will also be provided. For non-EU regions, we advise selecting a local manufacturer.
